Impossible to Ignore: Official Rules

These Official Rules cover three parts of the Impossible to Ignore campaign: the Giveaway (sections 1 to 8), the Referral Rewards (section 9) and Stray Project's charitable donations (section 10). Sections 11 to 15 apply to all of them.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited by law. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if that is older).
1. Sponsors
The Impossible to Ignore Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by:
- Headless Labs LLC d/b/a Stray Project ("Stray Project"), 2756 S. Lamar St., Denver, CO 80227
- Link Snacks, Inc. ("Rare Breed"), 600 Hennepin Avenue, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55403
Together they are the "Sponsors." Stray Project runs the Giveaway. Questions go to hello@strayproject.com.
2. Entry period
The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is first published by @rarebreedpet on Friday, October 16, 2026 and ends on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before that post is published or after the Entry Period are not eligible. Stray Project's clock is the official clock for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence if that is older, at the time of entry.
The following people are not eligible: employees, officers and directors of Stray Project, Rare Breed, Jack Link's and DemerBox, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings, and their spouses) and people living in the same household.
Entering requires an Instagram account in good standing, created before the start of the Entry Period, that follows Instagram's terms.
The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void outside the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited.
4. How to enter
Entry is on Instagram and is free.
- During the Entry Period, find the official Giveaway post originally published by Rare Breed on Instagram (@rarebreedpet) and do all three of the following: (1) like that post, (2) follow both @rarebreedpet and @strayprojectco, and (3) leave a comment on that post tagging two other Instagram accounts. The tagged accounts must belong to real people, and must not be the Sponsors' own accounts. Only likes and comments on that original post count, whether you view it on @rarebreedpet or as the same shared collaboration post on @strayprojectco. Interactions with separate posts, Stories or reposts do not count. You get one entry when all three steps are complete. Extra comments do not add entries.
Limit: one entry per person. Extra entries from the same person, including entries from more than one Instagram account belonging to the same person, will be removed.
Signing up on the Impossible to Ignore page is not an entry. Joining the email list at strayproject.com/pages/impossibletoignore is separate from the Giveaway. It does not enter you, does not add entries and does not improve your odds. Only the steps above enter you.
Buying something is not a way to enter. The Impossible to Ignore collection goes on sale during the campaign (early access on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET, public launch on Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 9:00 AM ET). A purchase does not enter you, does not add entries and does not improve your odds.
Entries made from fake, duplicate or automated Instagram accounts, made by a script or other automated method, or made by someone else on your behalf are void. The Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late or incomplete, or for comments that Instagram removes, hides or fails to show.
5. Prizes
There are two winners. Each winner receives the same prize package, with crewneck sizes chosen individually from the sizes offered:
- one black/charcoal SEEN Impossible to Ignore crewneck and one camo WANTED Impossible to Ignore crewneck;
- one 4.5 oz bag of Rare Breed Pork treats and one 4.5 oz bag of Rare Breed Beef treats; and
- one custom Rare Breed DemerBox speaker.
Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize package: $500. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000.
Limit one prize package per person and per household. No cash substitution. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged, except that the Sponsors may replace a prize, or part of it, with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable. Prizes ship only to a street address in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility. A winner may be asked to fill out tax forms if the law requires it.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Drawing and winner notification
Stray Project will pick two potential winners in a random drawing on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
A potential winner will be notified by a direct message from @rarebreedpet, and may also be named in a comment on the official Giveaway post. The Sponsors will never ask for payment, card details or passwords to claim a prize; any account doing so is not the Sponsors.
A potential winner must respond within 7 days of the notification being sent, and may be asked to confirm eligibility in writing and provide a shipping address and sizes before the prize is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is not eligible, or turns down the prize, that prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be picked at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Winners list
For the names of the winners (first name, last initial, city and state), email hello@strayproject.com with the subject line "Impossible to Ignore Winners List," or write to Stray Project at the mailing address in section 1, by December 31, 2026.
9. Referral Rewards
Referral Rewards are separate from the Giveaway. They are not prizes in the Giveaway and they are not awarded by chance. Referring friends does not enter you in the Giveaway, does not add entries and does not improve your odds of winning.
How it works. After you join the email list on the Impossible to Ignore page, you get a personal link. When a new person joins the email list through your link, that counts as one referral. Referrals are counted from Thursday, October 1, 2026 through Monday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
The tiers.
- 3 referrals: a propaganda pack (stickers), sent by mail.
- 10 referrals: a $20 Stray Project gift card and a 4.5 oz bag of Rare Breed treats.
- 25 referrals: one Impossible to Ignore crewneck, free, and a 12 oz bag of Rare Breed treats. This tier is limited to the first 50 people to reach 25 referrals. Once 50 people have reached it, this tier is closed.
What counts as a referral.
- A referral counts only when a new person joins through your link with a unique, new email address that has not signed up before.
- Self-referrals do not count. Signing up again with another one of your own email addresses is a self-referral.
- Purchases never earn referrals or rewards.
- Stray Project's count of referrals is final.
Review and fraud. Gift cards and crewneck codes are reviewed by a person before they are sent. Stray Project may void referrals and rewards that come from fraudulent signups, including fake, duplicate, disposable or automated email addresses.
Reward details. Referral Rewards are open to people who meet the residency and age requirements in section 3. Limit one of each reward per person. Physical rewards ship only to addresses in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. The crewneck reward is sent as a single-use code for one Impossible to Ignore crewneck, which expires on December 31, 2026. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be swapped for something else. Any taxes on a reward are the responsibility of the person who receives it.
10. Charitable Donations
During the period October 1, 2026 through November 30, 2026 (the "Donation Period"), Headless Labs LLC d/b/a Stray Project ("Stray Project") will donate to Greater Good Charities, a Washington nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity, as follows:
- (a) $0.50 for each new, valid email address submitted through the campaign signup form during the Donation Period, limited to one donation per email address. Duplicate, invalid, or fraudulent submissions do not generate a donation.
- (b) $4.00 for each item from the Impossible to Ignore collection sold on strayproject.com during the Donation Period, net of cancellations and returns.
- (c) Referred signups through a participant's personal link count as new signups under (a), subject to the same one-per-email limit.
There is no maximum on the total donation under this campaign. Donation amounts are illustrated on the campaign page as "meals" based on Greater Good Charities' program data (20 meals per dollar donated as of the campaign start); meal figures are estimates of charitable impact, not a guarantee of a specific number of meals delivered.
Stray Project's broader partnership with Greater Good Charities includes a guaranteed minimum donation of $10,000 across the period October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027; donations made under this campaign count toward that minimum.
Stray Project's donations under this campaign are made pursuant to a written Commercial Coventurer, Charitable Giving, and License Agreement with Greater Good Charities, dated September 4, 2026, under which Stray Project is registered as a commercial co-venturer in the states that require it. Stray Project provides Greater Good Charities with a written accounting of qualifying signups and sales, and Greater Good Charities may audit those records.
Donations are made by Stray Project and are not tax-deductible contributions by participants or purchasers. No purchase is necessary to generate a signup donation. Greater Good Charities is the charitable beneficiary of this campaign and is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of the Giveaway or any other element of this promotion. Stray Project will report the total donation to participants by email after the Donation Period closes, in early December 2026.
11. Publicity release
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that the Sponsors may use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state, Instagram username, and any statement the winner gives about the Giveaway, in advertising and on social media, without further payment or permission.
12. Limitation of liability
By entering, you agree to follow these Official Rules and the decisions of Stray Project, which are final on all matters related to the Giveaway.
To the extent the law allows, by entering you release Stray Project, Rare Breed, Jack Link's and DemerBox, and their owners, employees and agents, from any claim, loss or injury that comes from taking part in the Giveaway or the Referral Rewards, or from receiving, using or misusing a prize or reward.
The Sponsors are not responsible for typos in Giveaway materials, for technical problems (including Instagram outages or changes, website outages, and direct messages that are not delivered), or for entries or referrals that are not recorded because of those problems.
If fraud, technical failure or anything else outside the Sponsors' control affects the fairness or proper running of the Giveaway, Stray Project may cancel, end, change or pause it, and pick the winners from the eligible entries received up to that point. Stray Project may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these Official Rules.
13. Privacy
Entering on Instagram does not add you to any email list. Information you give to claim a prize (name, shipping address, sizes) is used only to send the prize and to meet legal requirements.
If you separately join the email list on the Impossible to Ignore page, your email address is shared with both brands, Stray Project and Rare Breed, and both brands may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from either brand at any time. If you choose to get text messages, they come from Stray Project only, and phone numbers are never shared with Rare Breed.

14. Governing law
These Official Rules, the Giveaway and the Referral Rewards are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
15. Platform release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. You are giving your information to the Sponsors and not to Instagram or Facebook. By entering you release Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility for the Giveaway.
