How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Denver, CO within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days depending on location.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on orders over $80. Standard US shipping rates apply below that threshold and are calculated at checkout.
International shipping is available at checkout. Rates vary by destination.
What's your return and exchange policy?
Free exchanges on all US apparel orders. If something doesn't fit or isn't right, email us and we'll make it right.

How do sizes fit?
Our tees, hoodies, and crewnecks are cut for a relaxed unisex fit. Most people order their usual size.
If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, sizing up one is a safe call. Detailed measurements are listed on each product page.
Where does the money from each purchase go?
Every order funds shelter dogs and the adoptions that bring them home. Specifically: 20 meals donated through Greater Good Charities for every item sold, plus monthly adoption sprints that cover full adoption fees at partner shelters.
