HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Enter the unique gift card code at checkout on strayproject.com. If your order costs more than the remaining balance, pay the difference with another payment method.
CAN I USE IT MORE THAN ONCE?
Yes. Use it across as many orders as you want until the balance reaches $0. Any unused balance stays attached to the same gift card.
CAN I SEND OR SCHEDULE ONE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. Gift cards can be sent directly to a recipient by email with their name and an optional message. You can send it immediately or schedule delivery up to 90 days ahead.
DO STRAY GIFT CARDS EXPIRE?
No. Stray Project gift cards do not expire.
DOES A GIFT CARD FUND SHELTER MEALS?
Yes. Every Stray Project gift card purchased funds 20 shelter-dog meals. When the card is later used on Stray products, those items fund their own 20 meals each too.
I LOST MY GIFT CARD EMAIL. WHAT NOW?
