Stray Project SMS: Terms

Stray Project SMS: Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover the Stray Project SMS text message program ("Stray Project SMS"), run by Stray Project. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. What you are signing up for

Stray Project SMS sends recurring automated marketing texts to the mobile number you give us. Messages include:

  • early access links,
  • drop announcements,
  • campaign updates, and
  • occasional offers.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to sign up for texts to buy anything, to join the email list, or to enter any giveaway.

2. How to join

You join by entering your mobile number in a Stray Project signup form and tapping the button to get texts. Tapping the button completes your signup; your first text from us is a welcome message. There is no second confirmation step.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Stray Project does not charge for the texts, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving them, depending on your plan.

5. How to stop

Reply STOP to any Stray Project text to cancel. You will get one last text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then the texts stop. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time.

6. How to get help

Reply HELP to any Stray Project text for help, or email hello@strayproject.com.

7. Who can join

Stray Project SMS is for US mobile numbers only. You must be 18 or older, and the number you sign up must be your own.

If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from the old number before you do, or email hello@strayproject.com so we can remove it.

8. Who texts you, and who gets your number

Texts come from Stray Project only, from +1 (844) 968-3479. Phone numbers are never shared.

We do not sell phone numbers or text message consent, and we do not share them with other companies for their own marketing. The service providers that send texts for us handle your number only to run this program.

9. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and some texts may arrive late or not at all.

10. Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms or end the program. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep getting texts after an update, the updated terms apply. You can reply STOP at any time.
